Grenache/Garnacha, Cinsault, Carignan
Wine Description:

This Provençal-style rosé was born in the foothills of the Pyrenees, at the junction between the Mediterranean and Atlantic climates. A fruity, elegant and feminine wine. Serve chilled, 12°C- 15°C. A wine for sharing with friends as an aperitif or over an informal meal.

The vineyard is situated in Languedoc’s top terroir, a region situated between the final slopes of the eastern Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea.
A meticulous and passionate work in both the vineyard and the cellar. The grapes, carefully harvested in the cool of the morning, are pressed to extract a lightly pink must. Delicately vinified at around 17°C and aged on fine lees in tank, this rosé is bottled early to preserve all its freshness and brilliance.
88% Cinsault - 7% Grenache - 5% Carignan
Producer Description

Languedocien and oceanic, these are the terms that define the excellence and uniqueness of this terroir. We find ourselves here, as if by magic, at the confluence of two climates: the Mediterranean influences bring generosity and the sun conducive to beautiful maturities. The westerly flows, meanwhile, maintain the humidity and freshness necessary for the expression of the fruit.
Crafted with the utmost skill and the result of stringent selection, their cuvée express all the characters of the grape varieties and the singularity of this Pays d’Oc terroir. Designed to meet the requirements of modern consumption habits, this expressive, likeable quaff goes down especially well outside mealtimes.
