Stunning value from the Beraut family of Domaine de Pellehaut. Beautifully ripe Chardonnay, 70% stainless steel fermented, 30% in oak. A ripe, bready, yeasty nose with golden ripe fruit and citrus acidity.
Light yellow in hue. Expressive, complex nose of white-fleshed fruit, white blossom and sweetbread. Light at the attack, then the gossamer palate takes you on a slow journey to the gentle finish. A Chardonnay of intense aromas and remarkable length.
