Wine Description:
This stunning wine comes from the sandy soils of the Herrenweg Vineyard in the Fetch Valley. 100% Pinot Gris with ripe and spicy fruit flavours balanced by acidity.
Tasting Note:
Very expressive with violets, hints of acacia honey, quince, smokiness, sweet spices and crystallised ginger. The evolved palate opens dramatically with ginger notes and a lovely rich marmalade finish.

Match with smoked fish, chicken cooked in sauce, especially if with strong flavours such as in Thai or Chinese dishes. Great with Bresse Bleu.
