Meaning 'over the quarry', Dussus La Carriere is from two parcels of vines just under fives acres in total located over an abandoned limestone quarry on soils of pure Kimmeridgian clay-limestone.
Tasting Note:
A pure, clean and fresh nose that gives ripe citrus and orchard fruit, apple and pear leading to slightly exotic hints of white peach.
