A great alternative to Prosecco, from Veneto made in the Charmat method of tank fermentaion from the grape variety Durello. Citrus and gently floral aromas lead to a very fresh and zippy palate with crisp green apple and lightly honeyed characters. A refreshing and approachable style of fizz - yet with texture and depth underlying the bright fruit. -

Fragrant aromas of spice, pear and stone fruit mix with underlying notes of brioche and freshly cut spring flowers. This wine is medium bodied and textured with flavours of ripe pear and white peach and a touch of spicy nutmeg - all characteristics that are synonymous with Pinot Gris grown in the Blind River sub-region of MarlboroughPromotion:Was £17.25

Ripe apple aromas and notes of brioche. The palate has orchard fruit characters, bright acidity, and a persistent mousse. The traditional Cava grapes of Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo are sourced from a single vineyard. Winemaking follows the traditional method with second fermentation in bottle. The wine ages on lees, in the bottle, for 12-15 months before release.
