Wine Description:
A tremendous value offering from the Costières de Nîmes, undergoing 3 month aging in new French oak barriques with periodic battonage.
Tasting Note:
The wine is indulgent and creamy, oak apparent, but there’s fruit to match. It’s full-bodied, with ample concentrated juicy nectarine and pear fruit. It has a long, natural, acidic finish.

Food Suggestion:
A lovely aperitif but also matches well with asparagus, grilled fish and chicken in a creamy sauce.
