Cool Coast Sauvignon Gris, Casa Silva
Casa Silva produces stunning wines at all levels, especially in the cool coastal region of Paradones. Sauvignon Gris is a rare grape variety originally grown in Bordeaux which has found it's full potential in Chile.
Pale yellow with green hues, clean and brilliant. High aromatic intensity, with notes of orange blossom, lemon yellow, white pear, fresh pineapple and bay leaves. The palate is high, fresh, good acidity volume and character appear herbaceous and citrus flavors with a slight hint of salinity at the end.
he finish is balanced and floral. Ideal with grilled sole fish with mini green salads.
