The indigenous Catarratto thrives in Sicily. This fruit comes from a steep hillside location in the Marsala area on the west coast of Sicily. Ca'Di Ponti is Adria Vini's Sicily offering.

Nero d'Avola is a speciality of Sicily and Ca'Di Ponti's grapes are sourced from it's heartland in Riesi, with no oak aging to highlight it's pure Nero fruit.

The Cantina di Monteforte co-op is situated in the eastern part of Soave Classico and Soave. Cool summer breezes blowing down the Alpone Valley from the foothills of the Dolomites to the north give warm days and cool nights, which helps with the accumulation of aromatic characters in the grapes.

Soave Classico Staforte is made from 100% Garganega grapes, selected from the best sites of Pra's Monteforte Estate, situated in the heart of the Soave Classico zone. Pra Staforte Soave is a fine and poised wine with notes of ripe apples, has a great texture hints of stone fruit and a savoury character.
