The Cantina di Monteforte co-op is situated in the eastern part of Soave Classico and Soave. Cool summer breezes blowing down the Alpone Valley from the foothills of the Dolomites to the north give warm days and cool nights, which helps with the accumulation of aromatic characters in the grapes.

Soave Classico Staforte is made from 100% Garganega grapes, selected from the best sites of Pra's Monteforte Estate, situated in the heart of the Soave Classico zone. Pra Staforte Soave is a fine and poised wine with notes of ripe apples, has a great texture hints of stone fruit and a savoury character. From the cool climate region of Trentino, this Pinot Grigio Blush shows bright, crisp acidity with light, fresh red berry fruit.

Aromas of ripe, plummy fruit with a hint of spice. Medium-bodied with soft juicy berry fruit balanced by fresh acidity, lightly herbal notes and easy supple tannins.

Bright straw yellow in colour, this Vermentino opens on the nose with aromas reminiscent of white flowers and yellow plums. This medium-bodied wine has a succulent palate with refreshing acidity and delicate apricot notes on the finish.

From the Southern slopes of the Montalcino hills. Aged for 36 months in Slovak oak and 12 months in bottle. Wonderfull aromatic nose with a juicy, dense red and black fruit palate.
