  • A vibrant 100% Tempranillo that over-delivers in character and value. A youthful, fruity red with ripe, juicy black fruit aromas and hints of sweet spice. The palate has flavours of black cherry, more sweet spice, and a warming mouthfeel with gentle tannins. A hint of liquorice and sour cherry on the finish.
  • Made from 100% Viura grapes cultivated in Rioja Oriental. Vineyards are at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level and the Viura vines are, on average, 20 years old. 80% of the vines are trained in the trellis method and 20% are bush trained. The vineyards have clay stone soils with some sandy areas. Grapes are crushed and chilled for several hours before temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel. A fresh, unoaked Viura with lifted floral and citrus notes on the nose. The palate has orchard fruits, ripe melon and zesty acidity on the finish.
  • 200 hectares of estate vineyards near Alfaro provide the basis of the Artesa range and the best of these, at high altitude (500 to 600 metre), with mature vines and poor, stony soils, have been converted to organic production. Fermented in stainless steel. Matured for 3 - 6 months in new American oak barrels. Vibrant plum and cherry aromas combine with woody, herbal notes. The palate is complex with juicy bramble fruit, black pepper, and lifted, savoury characters.

  • Urbina Rioja Blanco is a pale golden yellow colour and has an aromatic, floral nose (acacia) with white fruit and citrus notes. The palate has flavours of apricot, peach and some pear notes with a subtle, elegant, slightly creamy and lingering finish.
