An intense nose of spices, vanilla, pepper and light oak notes. Backed by stone fruits and coconut aromas. The palate is subtle, round and elegant, lightly woody which develops into spicy and refreshing peppery notes on the finish. Aged in Bourbon and Moscatel casks.

For over 100 years Palmers Brewery aged, blended and bottled whisky out of their bonded warehouses on Gundry Lane, Bridport. This limited bottling of single cask, single malt whisky has been matured in the perfectly cool conditions of the Brewery's cellars in Dorset for 18 years. Bottled at its natural cask strength to retain its pure and intense characteristics.

Palmer's own brand new London Dry Gin, Golden Cap. Fresh, aromatic and citrusy, this is a premium gin made in a classic style, made locally. Our preferred serve is over ice, with a generous splash of tonic and a wedge of lime.

A blended apple aperitif (12% ABV) which is produced in season from traditional orchard bittersweet apples and matured for a smooth, rich taste. Enjoy neat, over ice, or in cocktails to make every moment a celebration.

The original Navy Rum, produced in accordance with Admiralty Regulations. A combination of West Indian Rums blended to a 200 year old recipe. Full rich flavours of toffee and apple and long smooth finish. A royalty from each bottle is paid to the Royal Navy Sailors Fund.

A blend of old rums Doorly's XO is aged in Spanish Olorosa sherry casks creating a refined and complex rum.

A great-value aged white rum from Barbados. Aged for three years, this is the ideal mixing rum for all the classic rum cocktails.

An awesome rum – winner of a Platinum medal and ranked in First Place by the prestigious Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago, with a whopping 97 points. The rums used are aged between 6 and 23 years old and are blended together in a solera.

A blend of premium Caribbean rums, from carefully selected distilleries in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, aged for up to 3 years. Produced from a blend of Calvados varieties from the Pays d'Auge aged minimum 2 years, the Boulard Grand Solage is characterised by its apple fragrance and its amber colour. The pure initial taste of the Grand Solage is followed by a fruity flavour and the vanilla taste of oak. Perfect with a meal, it is also highly appreciated as an aperitif with tonic or on ice.
