A spirit from Alsace made from distilling pears from Rhone.

A blended apple aperitif (12% ABV) which is produced in season from traditional orchard bittersweet apples and matured for a smooth, rich taste. Enjoy neat, over ice, or in cocktails to make every moment a celebration.

Pure, clean and refreshing like the first bite of a crisp apple. Grown in Liberty Field's Dorset orchards, Porter's Perfection is a deep red heritage apple remarkable for its taste and curiously fused fruit.

The original Navy Rum, produced in accordance with Admiralty Regulations. A combination of West Indian Rums blended to a 200 year old recipe. Full rich flavours of toffee and apple and long smooth finish. A royalty from each bottle is paid to the Royal Navy Sailors Fund.

A blend of several vintages of which the youngest is 10 years old. A light yellow colour with orange highlights, some hints of oak on the nose and a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth it is spirited and straightforward. An elegant and floral armagnac.

An awesome rum – winner of a Platinum medal and ranked in First Place by the prestigious Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago, with a whopping 97 points. The rums used are aged between 6 and 23 years old and are blended together in a solera.

This is the most delicious Brandy de Jerez. Aged in sherry casks with no artificial colouring. Smooth, full of fruit and delicious.

Distilled from Somerset apple cider this Brandy retains some of its fresh apple aromas but has developed into a more complex and smooth cider. Complex with a velvety palate and intriguing spicy aftertaste.

Our Three Year Old has a nose of apple which leads onto a floral, spicy palate. Pure and fresh, deliciously appley and spicey. 50cl
