This is the most delicious Brandy de Jerez. Aged in sherry casks with no artificial colouring. Smooth, full of fruit and delicious.

This small batch rum is aged twice in seperate sets of American Bourbon casks before being bottled in 2017. Unsweetened, uncoloured and lightly filtered this is a Caribbean rum in it's purest form. Tropical fruits, cloves and nutmeg are complemented by an oaky muscavado sweetness.

The top Armagnac from Chateau De Pellehaut made from their finest grapes. The Armagnac is a blend of reserves with a minimum age of 20 years.

Made from cherries, this is a traditional eau de vie from a family firm in the foothills of the Vosges Mountains in Alsace. The spirit is dry and full of character, perfect at the end of a meal and best served from the freezer.

Chateau De Pellehaut's La Fleur De l'Age XO 20 year old Armagnac has been awarded the trophy for Best Armagnac in the 2018 Spirits Challenge, the highest accolade the challenge can give to any brand or product, after a blind tasting of all Armagnac Gold Medal winners.

Distilled five times from a blend of 95% Ugni Blanc grown in Cognac and 5% Mauzac Blanc grown in the Southern French area of Tarn. The two grapes are picked when frozen and distilled separately four times before being cominbed in a traditional pot still for the final distilation. The use of frozen grapes and cold fermentation preserves the natural zestinest of the grapes in the final product. More prevalently used in mixing than as a shooting vodka, idael in wine and champagne based cocktails.

The original Navy Rum, produced in accordance with Admiralty Regulations. A combination of West Indian Rums blended to a 200 year old recipe. Full rich flavours of toffee and apple and long smooth finish. A royalty from each bottle is paid to the Royal Navy Sailors Fund.
