Vermentino is the native white grape of Sardinia. Fairly robust with distinct citrus into aromatic tropical fruit and minerality.

Soave Classico Staforte is made from 100% Garganega grapes, selected from the best sites of Pra's Monteforte Estate, situated in the heart of the Soave Classico zone. Pra Staforte Soave is a fine and poised wine with notes of ripe apples, has a great texture hints of stone fruit and a savoury character. Fresh, flowery and subtly peachy nose with elegant honeysuckle and pear aromas. The palate is attractively textured and juicy, lightly honeyed, with vibrant citrus and stone fruit, and a hint of almonds. Fine, linear and concentrated with a crisp, incisive and mineral finish.

Bright straw yellow in colour, this Vermentino opens on the nose with aromas reminiscent of white flowers and yellow plums. This medium-bodied wine has a succulent palate with refreshing acidity and delicate apricot notes on the finish.

Pale lemon in colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, there are perfumes of tropical fruit and subtle vegetal notes. Rich yet fresh on the palate, with a distinct lime zest character that comes from the Greco fruit.

This wine is brilliant straw yellow in colour, with greenish hints. On the nose it has aromas of white flowers, almond blossoms, marzipan and a touch of citrus. A great alternative to Prosecco, from Veneto made in the Charmat method of tank fermentaion from the grape variety Durello. Citrus and gently floral aromas lead to a very fresh and zippy palate with crisp green apple and lightly honeyed characters. A refreshing and approachable style of fizz - yet with texture and depth underlying the bright fruit.
