Bodegas Urbina is located in Cuzcorrita de Rio Tiron, an area of Rioja Alta known for its long lived wines. 95% Tempranillo with Graciano and Mazuelo with 12 months in oak and 6 months in bottle. A really classic Crianza with many layers of fine, aromatic fruit.

Bodega Tobelos is located in Brinas in Rioja Alta and has 3ha of vineyards and a purpose built winery. This crianza is 100% Tempranillo with 12 months in oak and 12 in bottle. Fragrant, spicy nose with many layers of deep, proper Rioja fruit and wood.

A traditional Rioja Reserva from vineyards in Rioja Alta with a nose of warm black fruit, spice and vanilla notes. The palate has ripe plum and damson characters balanced by well-integrated oak, supple tannins and gentle cedary spice on the finish.

Opulent aromas of pear and jasmine, with tropical notes and well-integrated but obvious oak. The palate is poised with vanilla oak characters, but left fresh by balancing acidity. Flavours of pineapple, crisp lemon, and brioche notes on the finish.

From the hot Rioja Baja but at 700m altitude, a blend of Tempranillo and Graciano with 24 months in wood. A rich, muscular wine with deep, satisfying fruit.

Delicious berry flavours are complemented by dark chocolate notes, produced during the 24 months this excellent example of a Rioja spends in barrel.

Lifted red berry aromas and delicate fruit characters. The palate is fresh, bright and quite vinous with balancing citrus acidity and an elegant, dry finish. Quite serious in style, with generous juicy fruit, and very good with food.

Intense, highlighting red fruits such as cherries and raspberries in perfect harmony with mineral touches, spicy and toasted. Aromatic complexity. Palate: silky and powerful. Mineral shades attached to soft and elegant tannins. Aftertaste: long and persistent finish.

Made from 100% old vine Tempranillo from the high altitude Rioja Alavesa creating a wine with style and finesse. A deep plum and black fruit palate, accompanied by toasty oak and a black cherry, clove and cinnamon bouquet. A wine with great aging potential.

The Campeador wines from Martinez Lacuesta have an extra depth of rustic flavour. Mainly Garnacha and with 24 months in wood, it shows ripe, cakey fruit.
