This cider is one of our refreshing summer fruit ciders – a lighter alternative to classic cider. We like to call this our 'Cider with Elderflower' rather than 'Elderflower Cider' because we want the apples to play an important part in what makes this cider taste as good as it does.

A blend of premium Caribbean rums, from carefully selected distilleries in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, aged for up to 3 years. SLY DOG spiced rum is crafted with our ferociously guarded blend of spices, developed over 12 months alongside the UK’s leading flavour master using only the highest quality, 100% natural ingredients.

We’ve hand-selected 14 different botanicals – carefully sourced from both distant and exotic locations around the world – to craft a gin in proud celebration of the Strawberry & Lime.

Lovingly infused with 100% British Blackberries and a touch of Cornish Wild Flower Honey. All natural ingredients - Zero added sugar

Upfront sweet fennel seed and earthy liquorice. Gentle cracked black pepper spice to follow, then top notes of fresh fennel and fragrant orange blossom.Very full bodied with a lovely creamy texture. Extremely long finish, but with a dryness to it. Lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness and gentle sweet spice.

Our Three Year Old has a nose of apple which leads onto a floral, spicy palate. Pure and fresh, deliciously appley and spicey.

This is a blend of apple juice and cider brandy, which is then aged in cask. The result is a complex, nutty, toffee-laden delight. Sophisticated complex apples with honeysuckle and a hint of almond.

A traditional cider brandy made from distilled apple cider. This 3 year old is the youngest and freshest they produce and retains a delicious apple fruit and slight floral flavour.

Distilled from Somerset apple cider this Brandy retains some of its fresh apple aromas but has developed into a more complex and smooth cider. Complex with a velvety palate and intriguing spicy aftertaste.
