Warm, soft and lusciously lush this is smooth black and sultry with a salty finish. Premium quality fruit and mature vines have produced a wine with great balance, length and fruit intensity.

The palate is medium bodied displaying white peach, nashi pear and zesty citrus flavours. There is a wonderful tension and focus to the wine, with the complexity and texture derived from lees stirring complimenting the taut, mineral structure and fruit intensity. A bright acidity and the fresh fruit flavours persist through to a crisp, lingering finish.

The vibrant bouquet exhibits fresh passion fruit and citrus characters, with dried herbs and hints of lemon sherbet in the background. An easy-drinking classic Margaret River wine style with wonderful purity – crunchy, fruit driven, lipsmacking dry with crisp acidity and a clean refreshing finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark purple colour with bright violet edges. On the nose, it has aromas of blueberries and cassis. The palate is rich, deep and intensely flavoured with blueberry and blackberry. It has soft powdery Cabernet tannins that are softened by smooth, mouth-filling fruit before an extended finish.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, blackberry and plum sit atop subtleties of roasted almonds, vanilla bean and a hint of tobacco. The palate is medium bodied with soft, cocoa powder tannins, fruits of red currant, red plum, blackberry and strawberry coulis. Notes of black olive and dried herbs arise and bring savoury elements to a long and graceful finish.
