Aromas of plum and red berries with notes of vanilla and coconut from the American oak. Red berry spice and vanilla continue on the full-bodied palate that marry with ripe velvety tannins and a softly structured finish.

This deep crimson-coloured Shiraz is youthful and vibrant, with a lovely dark fruit and spiced plum character on the nose. The oak supports the fruit, which is bright and lively on the palate while offering earthy notes of nutmeg and black pepper. The tannins are ripe and velvety, giving the wine texture.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, blackberry and plum sit atop subtleties of roasted almonds, vanilla bean and a hint of tobacco. The palate is medium bodied with soft, cocoa powder tannins, fruits of red currant, red plum, blackberry and strawberry coulis. Notes of black olive and dried herbs arise and bring savoury elements to a long and graceful finish.

The palate is medium bodied displaying white peach, nashi pear and zesty citrus flavours. There is a wonderful tension and focus to the wine, with the complexity and texture derived from lees stirring complimenting the taut, mineral structure and fruit intensity. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a dark purple colour with bright violet edges. On the nose, it has aromas of blueberries and cassis. The palate is rich, deep and intensely flavoured with blueberry and blackberry. It has soft powdery Cabernet tannins that are softened by smooth, mouth-filling fruit before an extended finish.
