Demi Sec. An explosion of charming fruit aromas on the nose: apricot, pear as well as exotic notes of mango and caramelized pineapple lifted by a subtle touch of citrus and pink grapefruit. This wine is ample on the pallet and displays a very elegant and refreshing acidity which enhances the delicate and rich character of the wine.

Intense aromas of wild strawberries with notes of blackcurrants and redcurrants, and delicate spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon. The mousse is intense, creamy and persistent. The palate is fresh and delicate with fine bubbles. The finish is elegant and fruity.

Fine floral aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle with delicately fruity flavours of citrus fruits, white-flesh fruits, fresh almond, brioche and toasted notes. The finish is long, fresh and silky with great finesse and mineral notes.
