Wine Description:
Light salmon pink, delicately sparkling, our blush is instantly charming! With typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas of white fruit, exotic fruit and citrus, enhanced by a touch of red wine. On the palate, the fruity sensation, roundness and freshness create a pleasant balance.
Produced in the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc has been selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance of sweetness and acidity, enabling us to produce a base wine that is ideal for the delicate exercise of de-alcoholisation. A touch of Cot and Cabernet Franc give this wine its delicate pink colour and subtle character of blueberry, raspberry and bramble.Creating an alcohol-free wine requires technical skill and experience. We chose the vacuum distillation method, which allows us to respect the quality and properties of the initial wine, by distilling at low temperature. The first stage consists of extracting the highly volatile compounds (aromas) as well as a percentage of alcohol. The wine then passes through a second column to evaporate the residual alcohol. We then blend the alcohol-free wine with the aromatic base to obtain this delicious 0.0%, while preserving the fresh, fruity profile of the Sauvignon Blanc! Finally, a touch of red wine and CO2 are added to obtain this refreshing, fruity sparkling wine.

Back in 2018, in the heart of the Villebois’ Vignobles, our alcohol-free wines venture has begun! This beautiful and bold exploration was driven by a forward-thinking approach, centred around our favourite Loire grape, Sauvignon Blanc! Strong of a successful first experience in the world of Wine Seltzers, DIVIN continues its innovative path with the launch of dealcoholised wines. An other ambitious project for DIVIN who required both technicality and creativity. Our Blend of Traditional winemaking techniques with modern dealcoholisation methods makes our wine proudly stand out !
