An outstanding wine! A vibrant nose of minerals, citrus and celery leaf with a lean palate of citrus, gooseberry and minerals balanced with keen acidity.

Tasting Note:

Ripe and concentrated on the nose, smokey and grassy with minerality and a peppery herbaceous note. The palate is also super smokey with a wonderful flintiness, as well as herbal and bay aromas and ripe pink gooseberries. The beautiful label represents ammonite fossil shells found in Gilles vineyard, sketched by an artistic wine lover following a tasting, to represent what he visualised on savouring this wonderful wine.
