Years back any wine merchant worth his salt would back away at the mention of organic wine, but with the growth of new talent winemakers and increased understanding of the processes involved, organic wine today is a very distant cousin of the organic wines of yesteryear. There are now approximately 1,500-2,000 organic producers globally and nearly half of these are in France. We've hand selected some of our favourite organic wines for your tasting pleasure.
