The nose shows the unique mineral character of the Talinay terroir along with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Thanks to the perfect phenolic ripeness of the grapes there is balance of freshness and fullness with a boney mineral character from the Talinay chalk. The wine finishes with a sappy tang reminiscent of a ripe Chablis. Suitable for vegans.
  • Wine
Diana Madeline is the very finest wine by Cullen and perhaps one of the best Bordeaux blends in Australia. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot with 19 months in oak. Rich, ripe, oak and with multiple layers of gorgeous fruit.

Domaine Fayolle is a domaine with a growing reputation. Les Pontaix is 100% Marsaanne, with 20% into barrique. A clean, fresh, citrus nose is balanced with a rich palate of nutty and honeyed fruit.
  • Wine
Produced by one of the world's oldest family winemakers, est. 1574, this 100% Pinot Noir displays a vibrant cherry nose with hints of violet, followed by delicate red fruit flavours with soft tannins in the mouth.
