Domaine Gilbert Picq

Domaine Gilbert Picq is a 12 hectare estate now run by Gilbert's three Children. Brothers Pascal who looks after the vines, Didier who works the cellar and Sister who manages the business side took over from their Father in 1976. The estate is based in the small town of Chichée not far from the town of Chablis and the Domaine has parcels of vines in several highly regarded vineyards such as Vosgros and Vaucoupin as well as Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre and Fourchaume.

Since 2006 Domaine Gilbert Picq have only been using yeast found naturally on the grapes for the fermetation, stainless steel vessels, no fining and minimal filtration as the purity of the fruit is paramount to the style and elegance of their wines.
