Wine Description:

A wonderful blend of the native Tibouren and Cinsault grapes. Bone dry with gentle, subtle fruit with strawberry nuances, mineral and wildflower. A really delicious wine.

Tasting Note:

Pure salmon-pink in colour with an appealing herb-spiked nose. The palate is finely balanced; quite savoury spicy red fruit is accented with bright acidity, nice weight and a cleansing, sapid long finish. This is a lovely expression of the grapes and of the land.
