Wine Description:

One of the new worlds Pinot Noirs we've tasted in a long time. Light almost garnet in colour with fine texture and structure and lingering flavours of candied cherry.

Tasting Note:

Light, almost garnet in colour with fine texture and firm structure. Red fruits, forest floor balance seamlessly with lingering flavours of candied cherry. Drinking well now and will continue to develop over several years.

Food Suggestion:

Pairs well with game poultry dishes, charcuterie, tuna steak or vegtable tart.
