Producer Description

Cantine San Marzano is a cooperative based in Apulia in the heart of the Manduria appelartion. Started in 1962 by 19 growers, San Marzano now consists of over 1200 grower members producing a range of wines that reflect the style and quality that Puglia is known for.

Growing a range of grape varieties from internationals like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, to Italian indigenous grapes such as Malvasia and Fiano. However, San Marzano really shine with the local Puglian varieties Malvasia Nero and Negroamoro with their speciality being Primitivo, producing a range of premium quality wines that really showcase these varieties at the top of their game.
