Wine Description:

Chateau Roudier is a 30ha property situated in the hills of Montagne. 35 year old vines of 65% Merlot with 25% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in one third new oak.

Tasting Note:

Rich, ripe and luscious red berry and plum fruit on the nose. The palate is soft with Raspberry, Blackberry, Plum and Fig, Capsicum and Vanilla linger on the palate with alcohol warmth.

Food Suggestion:

A classic pairing with hard cheeses, also matches well with game poultry and rabbit dishes
