Chateau Chasse-Spleen
Wine Description:
Chateau Chasse-Spleen is based in the often over-looked region of Moulis based located between and to the West of Saint-Julien and Margaux. 2008 was an underated vintage that is being to sohow it's potential. Chasse-Spleen 2008 is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot.
Tasting Note:
Medium bodied with a crimson hue, the fruit is bright offering red berries and blackcurrent with light, leafy aromas. The palate is subtle and delicate with bramble fruit with a little earth and cocao.
